Distributions	NOTE 5—DISTRIBUTIONS Total cash distributions declared and paid in February 2013 were $174,144. On April 29, 2013, a distribution to the limited partners of $149,686, or approximately $17.10 per limited partnership unit, was approved. Such distribution was paid on May 9, 2013. The General Partner also received a distribution of $1,512 with respect to its 1% partnership interest in May 2013.

NOTE 5—DISTRIBUTIONS
