6. Related Party Transactions

Board of Directors Compensation

The Company, in an effort to conserve financial resources, the Board of Directors had suspended its compensation during the year ended December 31, 2024.

Deferred Compensation

As of March 31, 2025, and December 31, 2024, the balances of the total deferred compensation for the officers, are as follows, Eric Jones, President and Chief Executive Officer: $469,500; Jim Collord, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer: $420,000; Larry Thackery, former Chief Financial Officer: $215,125. The total deferred compensation for these officers at March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024 was $1,104,625.
