Subsequent Events [Text Block]	10. Subsequent Events On July 12, 2022, the Company's shareholders approved three proposals at their Annual Meeting. The shareholders elected the previous eight directors existing from 2021. The shareholders also ratified and reapproved the Stock Option Plan. The shareholders ratified and reapproved the appointment of Assure CPA, LLC as independent auditors.
