Financial Instruments Disclosure	Financial Instruments The Company’s financial instruments include cash and cash equivalents and related party notes payable the carrying value of which approximates fair value based on the nature of those instruments.

The entire disclosure for financial instruments. This disclosure includes, but is not limited to, fair value measurements of short and long term marketable securities, international currencies forward contracts, and auction rate securities.
