Net Income (Loss) Per Share

 

The Company is required to have dual presentation of basic earnings per share (“EPS”) and diluted EPS.  Basic EPS is computed as net income divided by the weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the period. Diluted EPS is calculated based on the weighted average number of common shares outstanding during the period plus the effect of potentially dilutive common stock equivalents, including options and warrants to purchase the Company’s common stock.  As of December, 2016 and 2015, potentially dilutive common stock equivalents not included in the calculation of diluted earnings per share as their effect would have been anti-dilutive are:
