RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 2 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company’s CEO, Baobing He, paid certain expenses on behalf of the Company. As of both July 31, 2021 and April 30, 2021, the Company had a payable amount to this related party of $41,486.
