The Company previously disclosed transition to a new public accountant, Sassetti LLC (“Sassetti”), to audit its 2024 consolidated financial statements to be included in its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Company staff and Sassetti have not yet completed their respective processes and audit procedures with respect to such financial statements.
