Note D - Subsequent Event	Note D – Subsequent Event In April 2014, the Partnership’s property, Colony at Kenilworth Apartments, sustained damages from a fire which affected three apartment units. The estimated damages are approximately $140,000 and the Partnership expects to receive insurance proceeds. The Partnership does not expect to record a loss from this event.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
