Employer Contributions

Pension For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020, NCR contributed $6 million and $15 million, respectively, to its international pension plans. NCR anticipates contributing an additional $6 million to its international pension plans for a total of $21 million in 2020.

Postretirement For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020, NCR made zero and $1 million, respectively, of contributions to its U.S. postretirement plan. NCR anticipates contributing an additional $1 million to its U.S. postretirement plan for a total of $2 million in 2020.
Postemployment For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020, NCR contributed $4 million and $11 million, respectively, to its postemployment plan. NCR anticipates contributing an additional $19 million to its postemployment plan for a total of $30 million in 2020.
