Employer Contributions

Pension For the three months ended March 31, 2020, NCR contributed $5 million to its international pension plans. NCR anticipates contributing an additional $16 million to its international pension plans for a total of $21 million in 2020.

Postretirement For the three months ended March 31, 2020, NCR made no contributions to its U.S. postretirement plan. NCR anticipates contributing an additional $2 million to its U.S. postretirement plan for a total of $2 million in 2020.
 
Postemployment For the three months ended March 31, 2020, NCR contributed $4 million to its postemployment plans. NCR anticipates contributing an additional $46 million to its postemployment plans for a total of $50 million in 2020.
