This Form 3 is being filed solely due to the redemption of 19,978,574 Class A ordinary shares by shareholders as announced by the Issuer in the Form 8-K filed on 5/16/2023 (the "Redemptions"), in which the Reporting Person did not participate. After the Redemptions, the Reporting Person's aggregate beneficial ownership was above 10%.
