Related Party Transactions Consulting Agreement—Carlyle         In connection with the acquisition of NBTY by The Carlyle Group ("Carlyle") which was completed in October 1, 2010, we entered into a consulting agreement with Carlyle under which we pay Carlyle a fee for consulting services Carlyle provides to us and our subsidiaries. Under this agreement, subject to certain conditions, we pay an annual consulting fee to Carlyle of $3,000; we reimburse them for out-of-pocket expenses, and we may pay them additional fees associated with other future transactions. For the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, these fees totaled $750 and are recorded in selling, general and administrative expenses.
