Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note F – Subsequent Event Subsequent to March 31, 2012, the Partnership distributed approximately $6,811,000 (approximately $6,675,000 to the limited partners, or $74.80 per limited partnership unit) from proceeds from the sale of Greenspoint at Paradise Valley.
