ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On April 25, 2024, Southside Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
