Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

On December 7, 2020, the Board of Directors of the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation elected Jeffrey Rehder as director in order to fill the vacancy on the board that resulted from the passing of Mr. Dean Tesch. As Mr. Rehder was elected by the members in his district to serve as director beginning at the organizational meeting of the Board of Directors held following the next succeeding annual meeting of the members, Mr. Rehder will fill the vacancy as director until the organizational meeting and then continue to serve throughout his term. Mr. Rehder has been the president of Rehder Farmers Inc. since 2010. He has served on the board of directors of Northwest Rural Electric Cooperative in Orange City, Iowa, since 2005 and as president of the board since 2012. Mr. Rehder has also served on the Board of Directors of Rivers Edge Bank and First State Associates, Inc., each in Hawarden, Iowa, since 2007.
