3.    ASSETS HELD FOR SALE

The Company is in discussions with a third party to potentially sell selected assets and liabilities of the Predictive Analytics operating segment. 

The lack of operating results from this business due to its divestiture will not have a major effect on our operations and financial results, and, accordingly, has not been classified as a discontinued operation for any of the periods presented.

The sale is subject to the parties entering a final definitive agreement.  The assets and liabilities classified as held for sale reflected in our Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet at September 30, 2015 are as follows (in thousands):
