Employee Benefits	20. Employee Benefits We have a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (the “401(k) Plan”) available to substantially all of our employees. Employees can contribute up to a certain percentage of their base compensation as defined in the 401(k) Plan. The Company matching contributions are subject to vesting requirements. Company contributions under the 401(k) Plan totaled $3.5 million, $3.6 million, and $3.9 million for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010, and 2009, respectively.
