Share Repurchases	16. Share Repurchases The Company's Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program which was publicly announced on October 21, 2010. The share repurchase program allows for the repurchase of up to $60 million of our common stock from time to time in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions through October 19, 2012. No shares were repurchased between October 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011 pursuant to the program. The maximum approximate dollar value of shares that could yet be purchased under the program as of December 31, 2011 was $31.8 million.
