      On March 21, 2005, American Healthways, Inc. announced that it will participate in the Lehman Brothers Global Healthcare Conference, March 30 through April 1, 2005, in South Beach, Florida. Ben R. Leedle Jr., the Company’s president and chief executive officer, will present at the conference on Friday, April 1, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
