Exercise price of stock awards description	The exercise price of a NQSO granted to any person who owns, directly or by attribution of stock possessing more than ten percent of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or of any Subsidiary (a “Ten Percent Stockholder”) shall in no event be less than 110% of the fair market value of the stock covered by the Stock Award or Option at the time the Stock Award or Option is granted.
