Warrant issued description	During the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, the Company recorded the issuance of three Warrants totaling 2,308 shares of common stock, valued at $80,000, and four Warrants totaling 3,077 shares of common stock, valued at $400,000, respectively, to TMDS under this agreement.
