Warrant issued description	Issuance of one Warrant for 1,000,000 shares of common stock, valued at $50,000 and one Warrant for 1,000,000 shares of common stock, valued at $70,000, respectively, to TMDS under this agreement. As of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, the Company is obligated to issue seven Warrants totalling 11,000,000 shares of common stock and six Warrants totaling 10,000,000 shares of common stocks, respectively, to TDMS under this agreement.
