Properties and Equipment	NOTE 4 – PROPERTIES AND EQUIPMENT During the quarter ended December 31, 2016, the Company sold ten acres of land, Parcel Identification Number 09705010180 & 190, in Suwannee County, Florida to Klausner Holding Co. at a net price of $62,722.24, compared to its historical cost of $82,733. The Company did not have any equipment as of December 31, 2016.

The entire disclosure for long-lived, physical assets used in the normal conduct of business and not intended for resale. Includes, but is not limited to, accounting policies and methodology, roll forwards, depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, including composite depreciation, accumulated depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, useful lives and method used, income statement disclosures, assets held for sale and public utility disclosures.
