NOTE 6 – DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS

As of June 30, 2012, discontinued the businesses of PHI Gold Corp. (formerly PHI Mining Corporation), Providential Vietnam Ltd., PHI Energy Corp., and Philand Ranch Ltd., a United Kingdom corporation, together with its wholly-owned subsidiaries Philand Corporation (USA), Philand Ranch Ltd. (Singapore) and Philand Vietnam Ltd. for practical business and accounting purposes. As of September 30, 2016, the Company had a balance of $1,040,687 as Liabilities from Discontinued Operations.
