On June 4, 2008, the Registrant issued a Press Release, attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, announcing the declaration of the Registrant’s quarterly dividend to common stock shareholders in the amount of $0.11 per share.  The dividend will be payable on June 25, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2008.
