Accounts Receivable	5. Accounts Receivable The Company’s receivables consist primarily of amounts due from the patients’ insurance providers. At March 31, 2013 the gross receivable balance was $746,250 and net of a related allowance for insurance discounts of $186,235 the net receivable balance equaled $560,015.
