Item 5.03 — Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws
The shareholders of Bank of Commerce Holdings have voted to amend the Company’s articles of incorporation increasing the number of shares authorized from 10,000,000 to 50,000,000. The amendment was voted at the 2006 Annual Shareholders meeting by 74% of the outstanding voting shares of the Company’s stock.
