Restructuring Activities	Restructuring Activities During the fourth quarter of 2011, the Company initiated a restructuring program designed to resize a portion of La Senza's store fleet and relocate its home office from Montreal, Canada to Columbus, Ohio. The Company recognized a pre-tax charge consisting of contract termination costs, severance and other costs of $24 million in the fourth quarter of 2011. The Company anticipates that the majority of costs incurred related to this restructuring program will be paid out in 2012. The restructuring charges of $17 million and $7 million are included in Cost of Goods Sold, Buying and Occupancy and General, Administrative and Store Operating Expenses, respectively, on the 2011 Consolidated Statement of Income.
