Policies
Repurchase and Resale Agreements Policy	Securities purchased under agreements to resell ("resale agreements") are carried at the amounts at which the securities will be subsequently resold as specified in the agreements. Resale agreements are utilized to invest excess funds on a short-term basis. At December 31, 2018, the Company had $12,063,000 invested in resale agreements, all of which settled on January 2, 2019 and were subsequently reinvested. The Company maintains control of securities purchased under resale agreements, values the collateral on a daily basis (102% is required) and obtains additional collateral, if necessary, to protect the Company in the event of default by the counterparties.

Disclosure of accounting policy for repurchase and resale agreements. This disclosure may address (a) the reasons for entering into repurchase and resale agreements, (b) how securities transferred under such agreements are classified in the entity's financial statements, (c) whether multiple agreements with the same counterparty are offset (d) the entity's accounting policy for requiring collateral or other security for such transactions, and (e) how the entity ensures that the market value of the underlying assets remains sufficient to protect the entity in the event of default by the counterparty.
