Other Policyholders' Funds, Policy	Interest credited to policyholder funds represents interest accrued or paid on interest-sensitive life policies and investment policies.  These amounts are reported in insurance benefits, claims and reserves on the Consolidated Statements of Income.  Credit rates for certain annuities and interest-sensitive life policies are adjusted periodically by the Company to reflect current market conditions, subject to contractually guaranteed minimum rates.
