Earnings Per Share, Policy	Included in the diluted earnings per share calculation for 2013, 2012 and 2011 are 113,000, 109,000 and 7,000 incremental common shares, respectively, primarily from the dilutive effect of share-based payment awards, computed using the treasury stock method.
