Certain members of our Board of Directors also serve as executive officers or directors for some of our customers. Management believes the transactions between these customers and us were carried out on an arm’s-length basis. We had amounts receivable from these customers of $40,119 as of October 31, 2014 and $95,789 as of January 31, 2014. The following table shows revenue recognized from these customers:
