On July 2, 2018, Cigna Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing the appointment of Dr. Mark McClellan to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective December 1, 2018. At that time, the Board had not determined on which committees Dr. McClellan would serve.  This Form 8-K/A is being filed for the purpose of providing this information.
 
Effective December 6, 2018, Dr. McClellan was appointed to the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
