Employer Contributions

Susquehanna previously disclosed in its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011, that it expected to contribute $282 to its pension plans and $615 to its other postretirement benefit plan in 2012. As of September 30, 2012, $212 of contributions had been made to its pension plans, and $461 of contributions had been made to its other postretirement benefit plan. Susquehanna anticipates contributing an additional $70 to fund its pension plans in 2012, for a total of $282, and an additional $154 to it other postretirement benefit plan, for a total of $615.
