Employer Contributions

Susquehanna previously disclosed in its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013, that it expected to contribute $559 to its pension plans and $782 to its other postretirement benefit plan in 2014. As of June 30, 2014, $280 of contributions had been made to its pension plans, and $391 of contributions had been made to its other postretirement benefit plan. Susquehanna anticipates contributing an additional $279 to fund its pension plans in 2014, for a total of $559, and an additional $391 to it other postretirement benefit plan, for a total of $782.
