Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 23, 2023, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of RCM Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) granted to Michael Saks, under the Company’s 2014 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan, 2,381 shares of the Company’s common stock, $0.05 par value, as a portion of his incentive compensation for performance during 2022.
