On February 28, 2022, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of RCM Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) granted to Michael Saks, under the Company’s 2014 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan, as amended and restated (the “2014 Plan”), a total of 10,000 restricted stock units (“RSUs”) that are convertible into shares of Common Stock of the Company, which RSUs will become vested on the fifth anniversary of the date of grant, so long as he remains continuously employed by the Company through such vesting date.
