Business Description and Basis of Presentation [Text Block]	2. FISCAL YEAR The Company follows a 52/53 week fiscal reporting calendar ending on the Saturday closest to December 31. Both fiscal years ended December 28, 2013 (fiscal 2013) and December 29, 2012 (fiscal 2012) were a 52-week reporting years.
