Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events During the period of October 1, 2015 through October 29, 2015, additional capital contributions from noncontrolling interest of $225,000 were received. This resulted in the issuance of an additional 225,000 common stock warrants. On October 14, 2015, the Company made an additional principal payment of $50,000 towards the remaining credit facility balance.
