Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events During the period of July 1, 2015 through August 26, 2015, additional capital contributions from noncontrolling interest of $215,000 were received. This resulted in the issuance of an additional 215,000 common stock warrants for the purchase of shares of common stock of the Company.
