Note 6 - Related Party Transactions	The Company uses legal and accounting services of two members of its Board of Directors in the ordinary course of the Company’s business. Accounts receivables from related parties for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and the year ended December 31, 2012 were $33,750 and $0, respectively. Accrued liabilities to related parties for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and the year ended December 31, 2012 were $39,149 and $17,504, respectively.
