Commitments and Contingencies	Note 10 – Commitments and Contingencies Rent expense for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020 was $4,197 and $4,470, respectively. The Company’s office space in Austin, Texas is leased on a month-to-month basis, and the lease agreement for the Pro-Tech facility in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma is cancellable at any time by giving notice of 90 days. As such there are no future annual minimum payments as of December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively. We are subject to legal claims and litigation in the ordinary course of business, including but not limited to employment, commercial and intellectual property claims. The outcome of any such matters is currently not determinable.
