Subsequent Events [Text Block]	8. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 23, 2012, the Company declared a special cash dividend of $2.55 per share payable to shareholders of record on December 7, 2012. The cash dividend, expected to approximate $118 million, will be paid from available cash and credit facilities on or before February 1, 2013.
