STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION During the three months ended July 28, 2012, options to purchase 2,000 shares of common stock were granted (weighted average exercise price of $8.39 per share) and options to purchase 3,200 shares were exercised (weighted average exercise price of $7.49 per share). At July 28, 2012, options to purchase 511,420 shares (weighted average exercise price of $7.24 per share) were outstanding and stock-based awards to purchase 2,978,864 shares of common stock were available for grant.
