Upon the vesting of restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on April 29, 2021, the reporting person deferred the receipt of shares of common stock for such award and instead received stock units. As a result, the reporting person is reporting the disposition of 4,023 shares of common stock in exchange for an equal number of restricted stock units.
