As
further discussed in Note 3 to the Consolidated Financial Statements, during fiscal year 2016 we entered into agreements with two separate buyers to sell various Lime Fresh Mexican Grill assets. In addition, we also closed 11 Company-owned Lime Fresh restaurants during fiscal year 2016. As a result of these transactions, only two Company-owned Lime Fresh restaurants remained as of May 31, 2016, both of which were in transition.
