Inventory Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE F – INVENTORIES Our merchandise inventory was $12.0 million and $12.9 million as of September 2, 2014 and June 3, 2014, respectively. In order to ensure adequate supply and competitive pricing, we sometimes purchase lobster in advance of our needs and store it in third-party facilities prior to our distributor taking possession of the inventory. In anticipation of lower promotional levels, we have utilized substantially all of the lobster on hand as of September 2, 2014 and June 3, 2014.
