Inventory Disclosure [Text Block]	6. Inventories Our merchandise inventory was $12.9 million and $21.8 million as of June 3, 2014 and June 4, 2013, respectively. In order to ensure adequate supply and competitive pricing, we sometimes purchase lobster in advance of our needs and store it in third-party facilities prior to our distributor taking possession of the inventory. The decrease in merchandise inventory from the end of the prior fiscal year is due primarily to a reduction in lobster inventory as we temporarily suspended the advance purchasing of lobster during the current fiscal year to utilize the lobster that is in our inventory.

If inventory is stated above cost, accrued net losses on firm purchase commitments for inventory and losses resulting from valuing inventory at the lower-of-cost-or-market may also be included. For LIFO inventory, may disclose the amount and basis for determining the excess of replacement or current cost over stated LIFO value and the effects of a LIFO quantities liquidation that impacts net income.
