Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 10. 401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN The Company has a 401(k) Retirement Plan in which employees age 21 or older are eligible to participate. The Company makes a 30% matching contribution on employee contributions of up to 6% of their salary. During fiscal 2012 and 2011, the Company incurred $61,000 and $71,000, respectively, in expenses for matching contributions to the plan.
