Subsequent Events	Subsequent Event On July 24, 2020, the Board of Directors declared a $0.25 per share quarterly dividend payable on issued and outstanding shares of our Class A and Class B common stock on September 4, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2020.
